Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Aid residents with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and sitting
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including housekeeping and laundry duties
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care, respecting each individual's autonomy, dignity, and rights
