Speech Therapist PRN Home Health

Inspired Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. As a PRN Speech Therapist, you will have the flexibility work schedule, providing essential services to our patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patients' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and voice quality.
• Educate patients about speech and language disorders and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Speech Therapist
• Minimum 1 year home health experience
• 2 step TB test
• CPR Certification
  Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
