Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence

• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences

• Work closely with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to industry standards and regulations

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible scheduling may be available)

Requirements:

• Current PSS certification or previous CNA experience
