PLC/Controls Electrician - Industrial Operations

Your impact (key responsibilities)

• Champion safe work practices and follow all policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control malfunctions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform accurate calibrations.
• Maintain thorough records and logs.
• Install new control systems and associated power wiring.
• Run cabling, install power distribution systems, and set up motor control centers.
• Service/replace motors and lighting.
• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Take on other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need (qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in oil, refinery, chemical, or steel mill settings (preferred).
• Instrumentation and/or electrical training or degree (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime as needed.
