Job Description
If you thrive on solving complex controls problems and keeping equipment running at its best, this role is for you. You’ll program PLC logic, verify calibrations, trace faults in control circuitry, and support electrical and maintenance teams across a variety of industrial systems.

- Champion safe work practices and follow all policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control malfunctions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and perform accurate calibrations.
- Maintain thorough records and logs.
- Install new control systems and associated power wiring.
- Run cabling, install power distribution systems, and set up motor control centers.
- Service/replace motors and lighting.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5+ years in oil, refinery, chemical, or steel mill settings (preferred).
- Instrumentation and/or electrical training or degree (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime as needed.
