As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will also be responsible for supervising professional personnel, assisting with staff development, and promoting a positive work environment. Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Current licensure as a nursing home administrator in the State of Ohio

• Knowledgeable of nursing, rehabilitative, and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing facilities

• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, evaluate, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures

• Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a resource person

• Ability to perform mathematical functions and evaluate and interpret financial information

• Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm under stress

• Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively with residents, families, personnel, and support agencies

• Must have exceptional customer service skills and be in good standing with facility attendance policy

• Must meet all in-service requirements for the position
