PRN OTR

What You’ll Do

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN OTR to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Burton, OH. In this role, you’ll help people regain daily function, independence, and confidence through individualized occupational therapy services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate residents and develop goal-driven plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based treatment and adaptive strategies
- Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes per facility and payer standards
- Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Educate residents and families to support carryover and safety

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current Occupational Therapist license (OTR) in Ohio (or eligible)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab preferred
