CMA (Certified Medication Aide)

We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to assist with medication administration and resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to orders and facility policy.

• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.

• Document medications and resident care accurately.

• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.

• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality.

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff.

• Current CMA certification as required by the state.

• Previous long-term-care experience preferred.

• Compassionate and dependable.

• Strong attention to detail.
