Location: Hartville, Ohio

Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week

Compensation: Weekly pay+ Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut chassis frames per work instructions
• Install hinge assemblies, cross members and pintle plates as required
• Perform MIG welding on steel components ensuring welds meet quality and safety standards
• Drill holes and bolt on components when required
• Collaborate with Team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG welding of steel
• Proven experience in cutting steel using plasma cutters
• Ability to read tape a measure and interpret blue prints
• Knowledge and use basic hand tools
• Strong work history with reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility
