• Write and maintain standard work for receiving, inventory, shipping, labeling, hazardous materials, and document retention.

• Improve ERP inventory accuracy, location discipline, and transaction processes as operational volume increases.

• Maintain records to support internal audits, customer audits, and quality-system requirements.

• Identify and communicate documentation gaps, material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and capacity constraints early.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in materials, inventory control, logistics, shipping/receiving, or production control.

• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for UAS, aerospace, and defense; aviation, electronics, or other controlled manufacturing environments will also be considered.

• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience with inventory transactions.

• Working knowledge of material traceability and documentation requirements, including Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, and supplier documentation.

• Comfortable handling material directly while owning the related paperwork and ERP system transactions.

• Experience with AS9100 quality systems, including documentation and record-retention requirements, is strongly preferred.

• Experience with incoming inspection, nonconforming material processes, and maintaining material and supplier records is preferred.

• Experience with dangerous goods or hazardous materials, including lithium battery shipping and DOT and/or IATA requirements, is preferred.

• Familiarity with ITAR and export-control requirements, including export-controlled hardware, technical data, and shipment documentation, is preferred.
