Day 1 Expectations / Must HavesCandidates must be able to:
Pass a 2G – 1" Horizontal Weld Test- Must pass both visual inspection and bend test
Read and interpret blueprints
Accurately read and use a tape measure
Have previous Production MIG welding experience
Produce consistent, quality welds in a production environment
Follow all required safety and quality procedures
