Welcome to Momentous Health at Vandalia, a locally based and focused organization with a commitment to providing exceptional care in the Greater Dayton Area. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 7a–7p Day Shift team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care with a resident-first mindset

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Communicate with families and providers as needed

• Maintain thorough documentation and follow care plans

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN or LPN license

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
