About the Role

As an RN/LPN, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medications

• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition appropriately

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments

• Following individualized care plans and facility policies

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care

• Supporting a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of North Carolina

• Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care
