About the Role:

As a CNA at Cottonwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team

• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents

• Building strong relationships with our residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the State of Colorado

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Ability to lift, move, and position residents safely and comfortably

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and caring attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
