Paid CNA Training Program

Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program, designed for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). No healthcare experience is required-just a positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to care for others.

This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training, giving you the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to begin a rewarding career in long-term care.

What We Offer

• No cost to participate in the training program
• Paid clinical training at $15.50 per hour
• Approximately 40 hours per week during training
• Hands-on experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Support from experienced nursing professionals throughout the program

After Successful Completion

Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain State CNA certification may be offered a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation.

Starting CNA pay: $19.50 per hour

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
