Position Details

• Position Type: 1099 Contractor or Hourly Employee
• Pay: $50 - $85 / hour
• Schedule: Flexible based on assessment needs and availability
• Location: Virginia (statewide or assigned region)
• Setting: In-Person (clinic-based or travel between locations as needed)

• Conduct in-person assessments for individuals referred for ABA services
• Complete clinical observations and caregiver interviews
• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and clinical judgment
• Provide clear recommendations to support treatment planning
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all assessments
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and internal teams
• Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Required Skills

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience conducting autism, developmental, or behavioral assessments
• Experience working with children and families in ABA or related settings
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel for in-person assessments, if supporting multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured assessment tools or ABA evaluation frameworks
• Background in behavioral health, pediatric therapy, or developmental services
• Virginia licensure or credentialing (if applicable)
• Availability to support multiple clinic locations or regions
