Our 121-bed skilled nursing facility is located in the heart of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, within walking distance to The Geisinger – Lewistown Hospital. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at William Penn Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nurse
• Assisting with transfers and mobility exercises
• Supporting patients with medication and treatment administration
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
