RF-Scanner Forklift Operations Technician

Picture this: You clock in, fire up a sit-down forklift, scan your first order on a VMU, and start moving product with purpose. If you’ve been a dock worker, forklift driver, or clamp truck operator, this will feel like second nature. We’re hiring immediately.

What you’ll do

• Operate forklifts and clamp lifts safely; use required safety equipment at all times
• Read and execute material movement orders accurately
• Scan with RF barcode readers and vehicle-mounted computers to keep inventory precise
• Back up inventory control: cycle counts and physical inventory (non‑poly and finished goods)
• Repack, stencil/re‑label, stretch wrap, and hand stack to meet shipping standards
• Keep the floor audit‑ready: housekeeping, inventory consolidation, recycle support
• Assist with material reclaim and scrap handling

When you’ll work

• C Shift 4pm to 12a
• A Shift 12a to 8a

What you’ll earn

• Starting pay at $19.32/hour
• Shift differential of $0.75–$1.25/hour
• Pay‑for‑skill program so your wage grows as your skills do

What you bring

• Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse/logistics or manufacturing environment
• At least 1 year of recent forklift experience preferred; forklift certification preferred
• Push‑pull attachment experience is a plus
• Comfort with RF scanners and VMU systems (preferred)
• Basic math and clear English communication, written and verbal
• Self‑directed mindset; you get things done with minimal supervision

Certifications and onboarding

• Complete the forklift certification program and certification manual within 90 days of placement
• Lockout/Tag Out and Forklift Operation certifications required upon assignment
