GPS is hiring a Logistics Coordinator/CSR for an immediate opening in Orangeburg, SC.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Logistics Coordinator / CSR, you'll play a critical role in keeping shipments moving and customers satisfied by:
- Managing outbound truckload and rail shipments
- Tracking outbound shipments and resolving transportation issues
- Coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Scheduling outbound deliveries and communicating shipment updates
- Handling logistics invoices and shipment documentation
- Investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Maintaining accurate shipping records and outbound requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated leader and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment
