Campus Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

A well-established skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for a confidential leadership opportunity in Central Florida.

The primary focus of this role is leading a skilled nursing operation, while also providing oversight and leadership across an affiliated Assisted Living/Independent Living campus.

We are looking for a seasoned SNF leader who is customer-service focused, knows how to build an engaged team, and has the vision to help move a growing campus forward.

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 DOE

Qualifications:

• Active Florida LNHA license

• 5+ years of SNF Administrator experience preferred

• Strong SNF operations and leadership background

• Proven ability to build and engage teams

• Customer-service focused

• CORE certification a plus
