Restaurant Server

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $17.80 hourly

• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed

• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
