RN or LPN/BGH Clinics

Shift:  Days 4 (10) hour days

Status:  Full Time 80 hours per pay period

Our BGH Clinics offer an array of services in the community including Orthopedics, Women's Health, Ophthamology, Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Behavioral Health.

 We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented RN or LPN with strong clinical office and triage experience to join our healthcare team. This role supports patient care through clinical assessment, direct patient appointments, telephone triage, care coordination, and collaboration with providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of primary care clinical office experience
Demonstrated experience with patient triage (telephone and/or in-office)
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
Medical knowledge and experience to perform individual patient wellness exams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior specific nursing experience in a primary care clinic
History of independent nurse performed preventative care assessments
Experience with high-volume patient triage
Strong patient education and care coordination skills

Education:  Current RN  or LPN License and graduate from Accredited RN or LPN program/Board

Experience:  1 to 3 years experience in a clinical setting; triage experience preferred
