Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing nutrition assessments for patients identified with nutritional risk
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans and reassess as needed
- Provide patient and family education on nutrition management and dietary modifications
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and communicate nutrition needs
- Document all nutrition interventions and outcomes in the patient record in accordance with policy and professional standards

Requirements
- Registered Dietitian with current licensure or eligibility to practice in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a closely related field
- Clinical nutrition experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts in a hospital-based clinical environment and participate in a 13-week travel assignment
