Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a daycare alternative for our2-year-old boy. He is very active and has been struggling with the group settings at daycare where he seems to be getting overstimulated and pushy with other kids. He loves to play with trucks play outside and in our basement that we have set up as a kind of kid gym. He is doing OT and speech through early intervention so any help in those areas would also be very appreciated.
