Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate estimates for repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the repair process and timeline
• Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims
• Ensure that all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an estimator in a collision center or body shop
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating repairs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and insurance claims
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
