Jersey Mike’s Subs in Edmond is looking for dependable, energetic, and friendly people to join our team.

We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing great customer service. Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

We are currently prioritizing applicants with OPEN AVAILABILITY who are able to work both LUNCH and DINNER shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Jersey Mike’s Crew Member, you'll be part of the team responsible for giving every customer a great experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Preparing hot and cold subs according to Jersey Mike’s standards
- Slicing meats and cheeses after proper training
- Operating the grill and other restaurant equipment
- Preparing ingredients and completing food-prep tasks
- Operating the register and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Cleaning tables, counters, floors, equipment, and other areas of the restaurant
- Restocking food, drinks, paper products, and supplies
- Following food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Working quickly and efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes
- Communicating and working together with other team members
- Providing friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service
- Completing opening, closing, and other assigned restaurant duties

Availability We're Looking For

Open availability is strongly preferred.

We especially need team members who can work a combination of:

- Weekday lunch shifts
- Weekday dinner shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Both daytime and evening hours

Applicants who are available for both lunch and dinner shifts will receive priority consideration.

Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary for the right candidate.
