Description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience and OASIS experience.

- Home health setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Floating may be requested based on facility needs
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of recent home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Specialty experience within the last year required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
- Local candidates accepted
- Prior perm employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
- RTO requests should be minimal and finalized during initial submission
