Shift: Days | 8 Hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Travel Only – No Local Candidates
Radius: 50+ miles

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
• Inpatient experience required
• Must be available for one weekend day every 4 weeks
  • Flex day provided during the week
• Holiday Requirement: Must work one day on 12/25, 12/26, or 12/27

Must Have Requirements:

• Active Illinois OT License
• NBCOT OTR Certification
• 2+ years OT experience
• Inpatient experience

Assignment Details

• Work Week: Sunday–Saturday
• Shift times may vary based on facility needs
• Travel candidates only
• 40 hours/week expected and guaranteed
