General Laborer / Production Worker

Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and general manufacturing duties

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials

• Operate basic production or manufacturing equipment

• Assist skilled tradespeople, maintenance personnel, welders, or other team members as needed

• Use basic hand and power tools

• Perform material handling and general warehouse duties

• Inspect products for quality and defects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow production instructions and meet daily productivity goals

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable and ready to work

• Strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, machinery, or industrial equipment is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving materials as required by the specific assignment.
