Machine Operator Role

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $23.69

Shift: 6 pm - 6 am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions
• Record production data accurately, including good parts and scrap
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret tape measures and measuring devices
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow instructions and use basic hand tools
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
