About this job
- Develop and execute the organization's AI and automation strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI and automation specialists, data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and compliance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI model development, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Ensure that all AI and automation solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for AI and automation initiatives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the AI automation team.
- Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
