 Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300-$1,800+
  • Paid % of load
  • Average 1-2 loads per day
  • Additional pay for:
    • Detention
    • Breakdown
  • Bonus Pay:
    • $6,000 annual safety bonus ($1,500 per quarter)
    • Driver Referral Bonus - $5,000 paid out over 2-years (referrer only)
      • $500 on first check
      • $500 6 months of employment
      • $1,500 1 year of employment
      • $2,500 2 years of employment
• Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Weekly
  • Drivers run their 70-hour cycle and are home for their 34 or 48 hours reset
• Running all 48 mainly in: OK, TX, AR, LA, KS
• Primary Commodities: Asphalt, Motor Oil, and Lube Oil  
• Touch Freight: Load
  • Most customers unload

Equipment

• Late Model Sleeper Peterbilt & Kenworth Trucks
• Inverters, refrigerators and satellite radio
• Automatic & Manual Available
• Event triggered Inward and Outward facing cameras
• Governed speed: 70 MPH

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-years of verifiable tractor trailer experience
• No More Than 3 Employers In The Last 12-Months
• Tanker endorsement required / hazmat preferred (will help obtain)
• No DUI or drug charges in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No Preventable accidents in last 3 years (DOT Reportable)
• Must provide 10 years of past work history
• No drug/alcohol violations in the last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen and DOT Physical
