Job Description

Overview
Hands on the Dash Delivery LLC is seeking dedicated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate various routes efficiently, and the capability to handle walking, bending, climbing and lifting and other moving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of cargo vehicles or similar vehicle for deliveries. And be comfortable driving in a variety of weather and Traffic conditions
• Load and unload packages, ensuring items are secured during walking, bending, climbing .
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Duties: Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Perform assigned daily tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through out the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Qualifications

 

• Must have a 3 yr clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. . .
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems.
• Capability of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and moving tasks safely.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
• Must be AT LEAST 21 years of age;
• Eligible to work in the US
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test, including THC.
