- Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and keeping the site performing at its best.
- Leading by example — fast, friendly, and consistent service, every single shift.
- Coaching your team to hit membership and sales goals with confidence, not pressure.
- Solving problems quickly and calmly, so the team never loses its stride.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and performance standards without being asked twice.
- Building the kind of team-first culture where people actually want to show up.
