- Build relationships with physicians, hospitals and senior communities

- Network with healthcare professionals

- Give presentations

- Use CRM technology to manage your sales pipeline

- Generate referrals

- Become a trusted healthcare resource in the community

- Build your own territory

 

 

- Visit referral partners throughout Sarasota County

- Meet with physicians, discharge planners, assisted living communities and senior organizations

- Represent one of the area's most respected home care companies

- Attend networking events and community programs

- Grow your own book of business

- Help seniors receive exceptional care

- Speak directly with families evaluating care options, understand their concerns, and clearly communicate how our services and resources meet their needs

- Guide families from first inquiry through starting care, using strong listening and follow-up skills to convert interest into enrolled clients

 

 

We're looking for attitude more than experience. You should be:

 

 

 

- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field), or equivalent work experience

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain our services and resources clearly to families making difficult care decisions

- Comfortable handling family objections and questions with empathy and confidence

- Experience with CRM software is a plus
