• $32.00 - $42.00/hour starting floor, with pay rates adjusted for experience and CDL status.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a self-driven professional who can lead with minimal supervision.

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated HDD Operator experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Expert proficiency with Falcon F5 and Ditch Witch controls.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time (typically 4–6 week stints).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HDD Operator at B.H. Inc., you are a critical leader on our project sites, directing quality and ensuring compliance. You will work directly with the HDD Foreman to execute large-scale utility projects (pipe sizes 6" to 24").

Your key impact areas:

• Operate Ditch Witch rigs (JT25, AT60, JT60) and guide drill bits using the Falcon F5.
• Perform pre-operational checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Lead utility pot-holing and manage tooling changes for various ground conditions.
• Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional attitude toward site safety.
