TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for part-time Member Advisors to join our Jackson Area Hiring Pool team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, building relationships, and making a positive impact on members' financial well-being.
As a Member Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating positive member experiences while supporting multiple branch locations throughout the Jackson area. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your skills, and help members achieve their financial goals while gaining exposure to a variety of teams and branch environments.

- Clinton
- Grass Lake
- Vandercook
Pool B Branch Locations
- Downtown Jackson
- Mason
- Parma
- Parnall
- Spring Arbor
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
- In addition to competitive pay, part-time team members are eligible for Paid Time Off, 12 Paid Holidays, 401(k), Pension, Tuition Reimbursement, Gym Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Schedule
Between 26-29 hours per week, including:
- Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 7:45 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
- Support Saturday operations as needed
- Travel between Jackson-area branch locations as needed.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open and maintain deposit accounts
- Assist members with consumer loan applications
- Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
- Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
- Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations as needed
Hiring Pool Information
Branch assignments may vary from week to week based on staffing and business needs. Permanent placements will be determined based on business need, performance, readiness, and geographic considerations.
Mileage reimbursement is available in accordance with TRUE's mileage reimbursement policy.
