We’re seeking a professional, positive, and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Team Leader to join our close-knit team.

Compensation:
- Up to $25 hour guaranteed, based on experience.
- Guaranteed $/hour with opportunity for overtime. Earning potential of $60,000 per year or higher.
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday (5 days per week).
- Typical shift hours 8:00am-5:00pm (subject to route and volume).
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver higher-end furniture to customers’ homes.
- Provide exceptional in-home customer service, including careful placement of furniture, assembly (as needed), and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Lead and direct delivery helper during in-home deliveries, maintaining a professional and efficient team dynamic.
- Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse, sales team, and customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Previous experience loading/unloading furniture and performing final-mile in-home delivery is highly preferred.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug and background screen.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture safely.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to direct a helper effectively.
