CRNA opportunity in northwest OR - growing hospital employed team

• Join a team of committed healthcare professionals at one of Oregon’s leading community-based independent not-for-profit acute care hospitals
• Full-Time W2 – competitive pay
• Busy orthopedic program - Frequent ultrasound-guided blocks
• Other surgical specialties include general surgery, GYN, podiatry, ENT, GI, robotics. Minimal pediatric cases (Age>2yrs) - Labor & Delivery coverage.  Approximately 200 deliveries/yr
• Call 1 day/week with post call day off. Every 6th weekend. 
• PTO is 8 weeks with generous benefit package including CME with $2,500 covered, 401K plan, sign on bonus and relocation allowance

• Located in northwest OR, just outside of the state capital, Salem, and about 2 hours to Portland
