Position Summary: 

The Home Health Director is a key position in healthcare, responsible for managing home healthcare services. This role ensures that patients receive high-quality care while coordinating the activities of the healthcare team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance and development of healthcare staff.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee financial aspects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards to maintain quality care.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of services and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns regarding care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and patients.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act.
• Relevant experience in home health care or clinical settings is required.
