Site Project Coordinator
Location: Haskell, TX Job Type: Contract Schedule: Onsite, 40 hours/week Pay: $35 - 40 per hour Contract: 1+ years starting November 1st
Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Project Coordinator to support site mobilization, readiness, logistics, and day-to-day operations for a large project in Haskell, Texas.
This role will coordinate site facilities, personnel onboarding, access, lodging, equipment, safety processes, scheduling, expenses, timekeeping, and third-party labor. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an active project-site environment.
Job Duties
- Support site mobilization planning and execution
- Coordinate jobsite trailer setup, furnishings, storage, facilities, and supplies
- Coordinate site utilities, internet, network access, and other site services
- Support safety training, site orientation, safety tools, and materials
- Coordinate personnel onboarding, badging, site access, and readiness
- Coordinate housing and lodging arrangements for site personnel
- Maintain site calendars, rotations, visitors, vendors, and daily operational schedules
- Coordinate office supplies, food, beverages, and other site needs
- Track and coordinate site tooling, tablets, and equipment such as lifts, buggies, and trucks
- Coordinate internal employee assignments, external hiring, and third-party labor
- Support management of third-party labor contracts
- Assist with general conditions planning, budget distribution, and expense tracking
- Maintain site expense guidelines and procedures
- Support accurate time-charging and time-approval processes for employees and contractors
- Coordinate onboarding of additional personnel based on project staffing needs
- Work closely with project leadership, discipline managers, safety, IT, and administrative staff
- Identify and help resolve issues affecting site readiness and daily operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, site administration, construction administration, logistics, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience coordinating personnel, contractors, vendors, schedules, or site activities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with documentation, scheduling, expenses, and timekeeping
- Ability to work effectively with multiple project teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an active construction, industrial, or project-site environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting construction or industrial project sites
- Experience with site mobilization or project startup
- Experience coordinating jobsite facilities, equipment, lodging, or logistics
- Experience with project expenses, timekeeping, or general conditions
- Experience coordinating safety, onboarding, or site access requirements
- Experience working with third-party labor or contractors
