Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Chandler, AZ Type: Contract Compensation: $47- $52.32/hr Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for product transfers ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the latest company procedures.
• Monitor and control progress of work ensuring sound application of engineering principles.
• Create manufacturing documentation such as SOP, DMR, DHR, PFMEA, and Process Control Plans.
• Train operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
• Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validations.
• Ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications.
• Investigate yield issues and implement improvements on the manufacturing line.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline with 2 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of working in a team-based environment.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Be open minded with the ability to recognize good ideas.
• Innovative thinker - should be able to envision new and better ways of doing things.
• Experience in executing complex problem-solving techniques related to manufacturing/design technical issues.

• Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry
• Experience executing equipment and process validations
