Habitat Bucks is looking for customer-friendly talent for full-time ReStore Specialist positions at our Quakertown location. The ReStore Specialist plays a crucial role in driving positive change within the community by supporting all aspects of ReStore operations. This role includes customer service, sales, heavy lifting, moving furniture and appliances, merchandising home improvement materials, and assisting with unloading donations from customers and our donation pickup trucks. All these tasks help sustain Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County. The retail position is physically demanding and takes place in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and flexibility throughout the day.

This position requires the physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. It also requires clear vision at distances of 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and the ability to distinguish colors. The role involves climbing ladders or scaffolding up to 6 feet high, grasping, reaching, stooping, speaking, listening, and distinguishing differences in odors. Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs. The normal workplace will be in the ReStore office and retail space, which is smoke-free. You must also be able to work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, possibly outdoors, in warehouses, or at donor facilities.
