Sales Associate:
James Free Jewelers, a nationally recognized, family-owned jeweler in Cincinnati (Montgomery) Ohio is seeking self-driven and personable candidates. Must be able to offer an exceptional shopping experience to our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Guests, with aptitude in clienteling, maintaining strong communications and relationships with customers.
- Willingness to obtain knowledge of products and services offered by James Free Jewelers.
- Ability to Demonstrate and Add Value to the shopping experience at James Free Jewelers.
- Maintain the brand image of James Free Jewelers, while providing outstanding customer service.
- Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors at all times.
- Assist with store merchandising, visual presentation, and be responsible for the cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom.
- Be able to respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers.
- At all times, ensure compliance with company loss prevention guidelines.
Knowledge and experience:
- Lifestyle Consumer Goods, Enthusiasm in Fashion, Jewelry, Watches or Interest in Retail will be considered.
- Well Balanced Retail Hours, Up to forty hours, with a five day work week.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
