RN Unit Manager (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This full-time position offers a salary of $90,000 annually, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a small, home-like skilled nursing facility where residents and staff are treated like family.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unit

• Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff

• Complete resident assessments and documentation

• Conduct wound rounds and monitor clinical outcomes

• Oversee infection control and EMAR compliance

• Investigate incidents and update care plans as needed

• Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required

• Nursing leadership experience preferred

• MDS experience preferred
