• Be an integral part of our organization and help drive our Wash Dry Fold growth: 

Wash & Fold

• Place, take in, receive, process, and ring up all Wash Dry Fold orders in our POS system

• Offer/share with our customers our Wash, Dry, Fold values and services

• Sort, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hang guests' laundry

• Inspect laundry for stains or damage and treat and/or report as necessary

• Deliver a high-quality Wash, Dry, Fold experience for our customers with their laundry

• Maintain inventory of all Wash Dry Fold supplies

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices

• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines 

• Must be able to lift 20lbs or more on a consistent basis

• Maintain upkeep of all laundry machines and inform the leader of any maintenance needs

• Experience in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

• Ability to maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area consistently

• Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality service

• Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with urgency

• Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices for optimal results

• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled
