Job Description

Become a part of a team of professionals at Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc! We are quality-driven, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellence to our clients. We have a large construction company looking for a Construction Safety Associate in OH!

Summary:

Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor job site safety conditions and behaviors.
Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in real time.
Partner with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture.
Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions.

Requirements:

OSHA 510 Preferred or additional experience.
Local to the project preferred, there is per diem available if not local.
5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.
Ability to start this project as soon as possible.
Must have excellent writing and computer skills.
Great communication - written & verbal.
