Housekeeper - Hampton Inn Verona

Job Summary

Hampton Inn Verona is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while delivering exceptional service that supports an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, coffee items, and linens.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in an organized manner.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Assist with laundry duties and public area cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all rooms meet quality standards before guest occupancy.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring Range $16.00-$17.00 per hour
