Your Mission in Motion

As a Route Sales/Delivery Driver - Class B CDL (required) - Greensboro, Kernersville, NC and surrounding areas, your work keeps customers supplied with dry ice when timing and safety matter most. You'll drive an established local route, deliver and sell dry ice/CO2 products, and represent Reliant with professional, customer-first service.

Key responsibilities include loading and securing product, completing deliveries and pickups (including empty containers), recording sales/delivery activity and obtaining signatures, collecting payments and documenting transactions, responding to service concerns, and supporting basic equipment installs/maintenance as needed. You'll also help grow the route by calling on prospective customers and sharing new products or services.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Valid driver's license - Non-CDL or CDL (*Class B is required for this role)
- Clear driving record and background
- Strong communication, adaptability, punctuality, dependability, and safety focus

A Day on Route

You start early by reviewing your route plan and customer notes, then head out across Kernersville, Greensboro, and nearby stops. The day is a steady rhythm of familiar faces and new conversations-checking in with shipping and receiving teams, confirming quantities, and staying responsive when a customer's needs shift.

Between stops, you keep paperwork and receipts organized, communicate updates to the team, and adjust for traffic, weather, or last-minute requests. You'll end the day wrapping up records, making sure the truck is clean and ready, and lining up what's needed for tomorrow-so customers can count on dry ice being there when their operations can't pause.
