About the Role
We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals achieve greater independence, participate in daily activities, and live meaningful lives—all while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

●        Support individuals in home and community settings per their Individual Support Plans

●        Encourage participation in social, recreational, and leisure activities

●        Promote independence in daily routines like cooking, cleaning, and hygiene

●        Assist with transportation to appointments and community events

●        Document daily progress and maintain accurate records

●        Collaborate with other care professionals and families

Required Qualifications

●        At least 18 years of age

●        High School Diploma or equivalent

●        Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and good driving record

●        Minimum one (1) year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities

●        Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to meet clients

Preferred Qualifications

●        Experience in a home or community-based setting

●        Background in caregiving, human services, or special education
