Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations in dining, bar, and banquet venues, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of F&B or hospitality experience, with prior leadership or supervisory background preferred.
- Education: High school diploma; a degree or diploma in hotel management or hospitality is an asset.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and basic math or budgeting knowledge.
- Certifications: Valid local alcohol service certification (such as ServSafe or local equivalents) and food safety training.
